AFS design and supply noise reduction systems for use in all areas of industry.

A full noise survey is carried out to enable the correct solution to be specified ensuring the customer specification is met. The AFS range of Acoustic Cabins can be supplied with standard opening doors, as shown above, or with over roof access for large part manipulation.

The system includes inlet and discharge silencers to stop excessive noise breakout into the room.

The photograph above is the AFS high efficiency cyclone complete with integral reverse jet filter manufactured in 316 stainless steel polished to food and pharmaceutical standards. In use this system provides a collection efficiency in excess of 99.95% through the system.
