Evaporative Cooling
Keep your people cool. Staff and customers can benefit from a more comfortable environment in factories, warehouses, retail and commercial buildings.
Keep your products cool. Temperature sensitive products, such as specialist plastics and pharmaceuticals often have to be stored below 25°C. Evaporative cooling provides an affordable method of providing temperature controlled conditions.
Keep your processes and plant cool. High temperatures created by energy intensive processes or in plant rooms can lead to product failures or plant breakdowns. Evaporative cooling can solve these problems as part of a controlled, balanced ventilation system.
Simple
With only a fraction of the moving parts of an air conditioning system and requiring only basic water and electrical services, evaporative cooling is the simplest method of cooling your building. A variety of installation options allows the optimum solution to be provided.
Safe
Potentially dangerous organisms do not present a risk as the water in a evaporative cooler circulates at a naturally cool temperature. Unique design and process controls prevent water stagnation. The plastic and stainless construction avoids corrosion. The EcoCooling range of coolers supply a constant flow of naturally cooled air without the use of environmentally damaging refrigerants.
Cost Effective
Typically an AFCOOL evaporative cooler is 25% of the capital cost and 15% of the running cost of a refrigerant based industrial air conditioning system. As an example the ECP range can provide up to 35Kw of cooling for only 1500W of electrical input. This equates to 16,000m³ of cool air per hour for less than 10p with one cooler covering an area of 300m².
