AFS have installed over 50 systems for thermal spray control, both acoustically and using our specially designed floorwash™ dust control system.

Our acoustic rooms are designed around knowing the process and the noise levels that are produced by the guns when spraying and the frequency at which it occurs.

This is an AFS CD-2001 acoustic room with a sliding roof to allow large rolls to be handled and sprayed

The heart of the extraction is the in house designed AFS millenia filter. This unit is a fully contained, on line cleaning reverse jet cartridge filter. On our filters, all of the cleaning system is contained within the filter reducing the problems caused by the weather and accidental damage.

They are also fitted with explosion relief panels and painted using our 3 stage industrial finish system creating a unit to withstand all that nature can throw at it
